On Saturday 14 September 2019, Studio Manager, John McNaught, and Studio Director, Alison McMenemy, made their way over to Fort William to hang up the ThrowUp20.18 exhibition at the Nevis Centre.

The voice of Shinty, Hugh Dan MacLennan, once again delivered two amazing talks. One was on the Shinty Memories Project, which aims to use sport as a vehicle to help those living with dementia, or even poor mental health. The second one was on the effects that both the World Wars had on the Shinty community. Hugh Dan was joined by special guest, Deek Cameron.
