Collagraph & Carborundum Workshop

Collagraph is a method of printmaking that uses texture to create a wide variety of tone and line on a plate. The process begins by making a textured plate from a thin mount board base where a variety of materials are applied to create an intricately textured printing plate. The plate is printed using an etching press and can be printed intaglio, relief or both.
