Highland Print Studio is an open-access production facility in the heart of Inverness. The organisation was established in 1985 and is a registered charity and limited company. HPS specialises in printmaking; housing centuries old artistic techniques, such as etching, woodcut and lithography, alongside digital imaging and photographic facilities. In 2022, Highland Print Studio hosted an artist in residence, one of five residencies which took place across Highlands, which were part of the Highland Culture Collective, a Creative Scotland funded project. Our artist in residence was a photographer, Evija Laivina, who was with us until September 2022, working with community partners to deliver photography workshops.
